Keith Hock began his winemaking career in the Napa Valley in the late 1990’s. Keith holds a B.S. in Enology from California State University Fresno and an M.B.A. from Sonoma State University.

Keith spent 11 years honing his sparkling winemaking skills at Schramsberg Vineyards while leading a team during a period of great growth. In addition, he has worked for a number of iconic brands which include Saintsbury winery and Rudd Estate winery. Now with over 18 years of experience crafting wines in the Napa Valley, Keith’s minimalist winemaking style is to produce elegant and balanced wines that emphasize the varietal characteristics of the grapes as well as their individual growing sites. Utilizing small lot fermentations, site specificity, and working closely with growers in the vineyard, Keith has a proven record of success.
